Each personalized kids crossbody bag is handcrafted to order. Production and custom lettering take 3–5 business days. Once dispatched, standard international delivery takes 7–12 business days with tracking provided upon shipment.

Thanks to the wide, easily adjustable buckle strap, this bag comfortably fits toddlers from 18 months up to kids aged 8–10 years. It can be tightened for petite toddlers to wear across the chest or lengthened as they grow.

It is perfectly sized for daily child essentials without being bulky: small snacks, toddler sunglasses, mini toy cars, hair clips, fruit pouches, a small pack of tissues, or pocket money.

To preserve the handcrafted 3D raised yarn letters and buckle hardware, spot clean only using a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash, soak, bleach, or tumble dry. Air dry naturally.

Because each bag is individually personalized with your child's custom name, returns or exchanges for change of mind cannot be accepted. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an incorrect name, please contact support@mamaraya.com with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery for a prompt free replacement.
